From the hot bar, do you get the macaroni and cheese or the mashed potatoes?
>>
>>21942088
I guess mac rn. Mac and the chicken next to it
>>
>>21942088
Neither because why I am loading my plate with cheap carbs when I could get protein instead?
>>
>>21942091
Food is not entirely about nutrition.
>>

>>
>>21942088

That's why i just can't go to buffet type establishments anymore. There are some nasty faggots out there. I get it, you just shouldnt think about it, like you can't see how nasty the kitchen at some random gook restaurant is. But me, i just can't do it at buffets
>>
>>21942153
I went to a chinese buffet not too long ago that had tri tip roast, sushi, salmon and other good stuff and I just enjoyed it. I never understood germophobia, at least in most cases.
>>
>>21942088
Skip the carbs, load me up on proteins Marge.
>>
>>21942091
I'm doing so much damage to their profitability anyway that I don't need to target high unit cost foods
>>
>>21942088
Mix them together
>>
>>21942088

Do you have some horrible illness?

your body needs carbs, your brain runs exclusively on glucose

And some of those wings next to them.

I don't think a hot-holding table stays warm enough to kill herpes.
>>
>>21942088
As long as there’s gravy or butter then always the mashed potatoes, the pasta in hot bar mac and cheese is almost always going to be mushy
>>
>>21942377
no it doesn't
>>
>>21943307
It actually does run on mostly glucose!
I'm not on any of the extreme diet trains, but I def thought it was bullshit too. Brains need glucose, muscle needs protein, everything else needs fat. Shrimple as
>>
I would make a bed of mashed potatoes and put a dip in it and I would fill the dip with maca and cheese
>>
>>21942088
when they look like that: neither. when they're done well: both
>>
>>21942871
You've already been exposed, it really doesn't matter.
>>
>>21942088
Mac & cheese is easier to spruce up with hot sauce and whatnot. Mashed potatoes on their own require a little more work, gravy, meatballs, something.

Whenever I get 2 sides, I always get mac & cheese + mashed potatoes if it is an option.

I ordered this at a Bob Evans (not my choice to go there) restaurant one time, and the cook came out to greet our table thinking there would be a British person there because 2 starch sides were ordered for the same dish. True story.

herpes is extremely environmentally fragile and usually completely degrades within seconds in anything other than physiological conditions
