Supposedly, the biggest impediment is the investment that Utz (the current owner) would have to make in the specialized equipment needed to produce Pizzarias - they're actually a pizza dough chip and baked not fried and I guess this poses some unique manufacturing challenges.
If you do a search on "Pizzarias Adam Burck" (one of the product developers) you can find some pretty current discussions with him (like at Fa**b**k).
