I love apfelstrudel and dampfnudeln like picrel and no I am not a winter sport enthusiast. I just remember when I went on winter sport holidays to the alpine regions especially Austria that their desserts would be so far above anything else for some reason. At least these two dishes. dampfnudeln kind of tastes like if you steamed a bao bun (maybe the dough is slightly sweeter, IDK) and the only thing you added to it was vanilla sauce.

OMG cannolis are so nice most Italian places near me don't have them and I'm not going to order a pizza every time I feel like getting a cannoli. So I never really have them but they might be a top 5 dessert item for me definitely.

This shit. It's raspberry and strawberry. It doesn't contain dairy or any alternative to that so it's technically a sorbet but it's somehow as creamy and smooth as ice cream but it tastes much more like fruit than regular ice cream.
