Like they had a delivery of poor cuts or something. The roadkill or tri-tips are always on point, though. But this is definitely a "you get what you pay for" type of steakhouse. There are many that are better.

There is absolutely zero reason to pay the markup for restaurant steak when you can make a better and better quality steak at home for cheaper. 15 ish minutes to light charcoal and 6 minutes for a steak 3 minutes per side or even faster if you have a cast iron to throw on the burner.
