Is ketchup on pasta wrong?
>>
It's okay but eating like that absolutely is.

Where are his spaghetti scissors?

The Japanese "spaghetti napolitan" includes ketchup and is delicious. I can't speak for applications outside of this, though.

Nothing on pasta is "wrong". Italian is the mexican of european cuisine. It has no hard rules and it doesn't come from a professional heritage like French Haute. Everyone's "nona" does every dish differently so it doesn't matter. You CAN put cream in the carbonara, snap the noodles in half, or eat the spaghetti with ketchup. The cuisine never demanded veneration or adherence to etiquette. Only modern italian fags act snooty about it (while having done nothing to earn it)

I remember the episode of Roseanne when Becky made dinner and it was spaghetti with thousand island dressing. She was real cunty about it too.

It's disgusting. I hate ketchup on its own. So sweet. I would never ever eat it on pasta. I'll mix it with hot sauce or horseradish or mayonnaise and stuff sometimes. But I don't want it on anything plain. Pasta? Fucking disgusting.

Jarred spaghetti sauce is sweet enough as it is.

That's probably when it started. 1990. Some people heard that and took it seriously and thought it sounded good.
And it could also have been some poor necessity substitution too.
I guess I could see using ketchup as a component in some sort of pasta sauce, if I had to. Like for a cooking challenge. But I'd use as little as I had to.

Yep, last sunday was too late to go shopping but was craving spaghetti but no sauce except ketchup. Boiled that shit with hotdogs, dumped the 'chup and ate all of it including licking the plate.
>>

Zoom zoom, ketchup and macaroni/spaghetti has been classic white American cooking since ketchup was a thing.
>>
You know how little butter you use on just plain boiled pasta, like spaghetti? That's the amount of ketchup you can use to not overwhelm the food
>>

Where do these pictures come from?
>>
>>21946766
Yes. And you're an objectively bad person for asking that question.
