Their whole thing was being cheap but now their prices are obscene. $7 for one sandwich that was $4 in 2020. Their best "deal" is $15 for a 5pc, 2 small sides and 2 biscuits. Even KFC is cheaper than that.
Every time I've been to a Popeye's it was overstaffed and they continually got orders wrong.

They got this place in Anchorage Alaska called Lucky Wishbone and it is easily the best fried chicken I have ever had, might have to take a trip up there again sometime.

>>21947054The rate of turnover at my local Popeyes location is insane, I see new people in there every time I go there, but the guy who works at the local subway has been there 5+ years. I only go to Popeyes once every couple of weeks, I love the shrimp and I like the boneless wings (even though they're expensive, glorified chicken nuggets), but the price keeps me from going more often.
