A side cup for the gravy
I know everything getting all mushy is how it's "supposed to" be, but it's just not as pleasing as when the fries are crisp and the curds are firm with fresh gravy atop
Another acceptable add-on would be a little Canadian flag toothpick to remind those francophone vermin who owns them

I get my poutine from a Belgian fries place that has a ton of different dipping sauces including a "wild mushroom" one. I get some of that on the side and add it to the poutine as I eat it. Good stuff.

It’s probably $30 without bugs and $70 with. Regular tickets go for $300+. Welcome to the new great depression. A living wage is now $200k/yr and it got there so fast the wagies haven’t figured out they’re basically slaves.
