and just like that with just a push of a button (from a certain sweaty brown individual's hands), consulting recipes on the internet becomes an exercise in futility. Stock up on your recipe books because you are gonna be needing them soon

Serving sizes on the nutrition info will usually have both grams and volumes, so you can get the conversion from there.

Why don't you just use the gram amount that your recipe calls for
Or if you're converting volume to grams then why don't you just weigh it yourself

ITT: imperialfags mad that the rest of the world has moved to the superior metric system. It’s okay Liberia, there are plenty of converters online that will tell you how many pecks to the gram or whatever retarded measurements you use.

Am I stupid for not understanding the issue here? That weight conversion is correct and everyone I know who bakes, in the US, either uses volume or grams. What kind of schizo retard is trying to use ounces? Is that the point?

Using AI like Grok, you can find specific recipes from specific cookbooks, even if you don't own those books. Recipes are not copyrighted so you can most of them online somewhere. It's way faster than Googling and dealing with long-ass blog recipes

I disregard any recipe using weights. Sure that matters if you are doing industrial production and flour is collapsing under its own weight. Otherwise use a fucking cup like a sane person.

Foodnetwork is the best place to avoid blog shit. AI is fucking madlibs and given the simple structure and similarity between recipes it will have no problem telling you to add 1/2" salt.
AI is for replacing creative arts that don't require objectively correct results.

Just avoid American recipe websites. They're usually very basic and lowbrow - pale imitations of what it could be.
>>
>>21949340
Cooking has objectively correct results. Otherwise you end up with inedible trash like you're Ramsey.

>take 2 seconds to turn on a kitchen scale
>"bro wtf are you insane what is that thing!? Also why did my food come out shitty? Must be the recipe..."
dumbass
>>
>>21949592
its impossible to do so after the enshitification of google post 2017, every result links to american redditoids using the very same english words to refer to very different things
>>

I am American, born and raised in the USA, and I use a food scale.
Here's me proving I'm not a LLM("ai" is the gayest term ever, marketing bullshit): NIGGER!

>the superior metric system
Learn what things are you dumbfuck thirdie. You've spent decades using the metric system and you still don't know what it is.
