If you're trying to avoid the runs, you need to eat something high in fiber so if you end up needing to take a shit it's one healthy one instead of feeling like you need multiple trips after spicy shits.Is suggest a kale salad with raisins.

I have a very sensitive stomach and I've found the gentlest meal to be fruit (peeled apple or cantaloupe) and some vintage cheddar

Prune juice (and lots of it) usually helps me when I have a runny tummy OP. Would recommend drinking an entire picrel just before your journey.
