I have one and it's fucking good for things such as roasted salmon, it develops a nice thick crust that it's not possibile to achieve in a normal oven in the same amount of time, I also use it to toast hazelnuts and to make small things that turning on the regular oven would take too long or be a waste of energy.The only downside is that when I open the tray when it's finished I can smell burnt plastic and this is greatly concerning me even though everything looks ok, maybe it's just the fat that gets burned on the top resistance, idk, I'll buy a new one at some point and now that the temperature is getting warm outside I'll just use it on the balcony.
