How do you like your quesadilla?Me, I like it with just cheese and some salsa on the side, maybe some beans too if I feel like I need them.
>>21952444I like my Kayso Diaz to have chicken intermingled with the cheese. Hot sauce, salsa, and sour cream are all mandatory for me.
>>21952444Shredded chicken and cheese..extra crispy with a salsa verde
>>21952444The cafeteria at my hospital serves these sometimes, ground beef only. I like them with a little of whatever Sysco salsa and sour cream they're using.
>>21952444Quesadilla is the best food and I approve of this thread number 1My fave is just sum slow cooked pulled beef with a good cheese mix and sum salsa
I got this quesadilla from a local spot and I guess it had cheese but it wasn't what I imagined a quesadilla should be.
>>21952449>>21952657Mixing the sour cream and salsa creates one of the greatest sauces ever

>>21952444If Im eating out and they have brisket, I get that. at home typically its chicken, cheese, and onions. tomatillo sauce on the side for dippin
>>21952444I love Panchero's but haven't had it since leaving the Midwest.
>>21952444they did not cook that at all
>>21952444Crema as a dip for me. Never considered beans on one though. Suppose it can't be that bad.
>>21952444I always make mine with refried beans and cheese and sometimes meat if I have it already made. Usually top with just some avocado and sour cream and hot sauce.
>>21952971>brisketnot an authentic meat choice.
