I always wanted to try those out. I like how americans have their breakfast. Thoughts???
>>21952512They look good anon, nice job
Needs Tabasco.
turns out they taste really nice. I would add and mix the salt on their raw estate next time. Mix the salt before turning them into patties . Only the outside area being salted kept it from reaching its full potential
obviously you want comments on the dog turds on top of the eggs but I'm not falling for your mind games
>>21952520Thats pancetta I cut in small strips. I use them instead of bacon because theres no salt in it.
>>21952516Yeah it fucking doesn’t though, does it? Not everything has to be slathered in vinegary ‘hot’ sauce, you fucking philistine.
>>21952519i love potatoes i love you
>>21952536Hashbrowns do.
>>21952548>>21952516I dont like tabasco. I use black pepper instead
>>21952519They look very tasty, and I agree with your seasoning reasoning. For mine my process is:>shred potatoes>hand squeeze potato liquid out and place squeezed shreds in large bowl or bag>and salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little onion powder, and oil of choice>mix shreds with seasoning>place on hot pan, cover>once bottom is brown turn over and leave uncovered until other side is brownThe cooking process makes them a little gelatinized in the middle but I like the contrast between the crisp outsides and the gooey interior
>>21952512buncha fake americans itt. hashbrowns ideally should be more scattered and loose, not in a patty, despite what mcdonalds has made yankees believe. when you squish it into a patty like that you risk steaming the potato in the middle which results in softness. when you scatter the potato, every shred crisps up. that is the proper way to hash a brown.also fresh potatoes are worthless for this. you have to squeeze the liquid which takes too much time and effort and you never get enough of it out. just use frozen hashbrowns, and use more oil than you think, until you're almost deep frying the hashbrowns.
>>21952571>>and salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little onion powder, and oil of choiceThats exactly what I plan to do next time
>>21952571Don't cover hashed brownsAnd Hashed Browns only need Buttere and Salte
>>21952688Looks awful. Provide a better example.
