GREETINGS curry fans

do you guys mix your white rice all the way in with your curry before eating?

are there any good hacks to do with leftover curry that isn't just reheating it with some day old white rice?

i dont fully mix the rice until the very end to get up all the sauce remnants. for leftovers you can use other starches like instant ramen, udon, etc. you can even bake it into a pie with puff pastry or put it on pizza.

I always mix before eating. You could add a few things and repurpose it into a dip. Even blending it with cooked beans of your choice should turn it into a good dip or spread.

I always eat my Golden Curry curry with chips, it's a classic Anglo-Japanese dish

I mean, eat however you want to eat, but man I'd never recommend mixing all the rice with the curry. Like, it would really dilute the flavour and ruin the intended texture/experience consuming it. It's always split the bowl with rice on the side and curry on the other.

Curry is good with bread, like toasted french bread or any bread with good crust

You can add two packets of curry roux for extra curry flavor

100% white albacore, mayo, hard-boiled egg, garlic, onion, celery, relish, on toast

Yeah I used to mix but now I keep them separate
