Potato leek soup. Simple to make and just absolutely delicious.

What are some other soups or general stick blender recipes I can make?

I like lentil soup.
Onions and Garlic sauteed in butter
half a tbs of whole cumin
Add tomatopaste and roast it a bit
Deglaze with white wine
Add stock and lentils
Simmer till the lentils are soft
Blend
Serve with white bread and a lemon wedge

I also put my leftover parsley stems in there if I have any
