I used to make this for my dog but I like it too. small quantity of cream, like a quarter cup or so. whip it with a fork until frothy. you don't need stiff or soft peaks. now add in an amount of peanut powder equal to about half the cream. you can add sugar or sweetener here too if you have unsweetened powder. whip vigorously until solid. you get a nice fluffy peanut butter spread

I eat freeze dried instant coffee crystals. Just tiny pinches at a time. I like the way they crumble against my teeth, and letting them dissolve in my mouth like a tiny sip of coffee. Tears my stomach up sometimes tho.
