it's just cream soda mixed with mountain dew. i'd say it's the laziest thing they've done but they've done a lot of stuff that's just "put a contest on regular bottle"

Australian mountain dew used to have no caffeine in it but they changed the recipe to have caffeine in it ok 2012 and it's just worse now so I've stopped buying it

I like Mt.Dew but the caffeine keeps me up at night.
