why don't fast food places have pork sandwiches?
>>21954672Dumb ESL
>>21954672Sure they doLC's Hamburgers, Kansas City
>>21954672They do, it's Country Fried Pork Sandwich
>>21954678pulled pork doesnt count.
>>21954672a lot of people don't eat pork
>>21954672there's the mcribplus most fast food breakfast sandwiches are pork (bacon, sausage)hot dogs technically too
>>21954672Culvers.
>>21954691Who gives a shit about what muslims and jews think?
>>21954686Why?
>>21954714you will eat kosher and you will be happy
>>21954777I think OP meant something like a pork patty or cutlet sandwich.>>21954672Because fast food in the West is largely an American invention and America generally doesn't value pork except in the form of bacon and the occasional barbecue. That said, I had pork burgers two months ago, with jalapeno, chedasharp cheese (IE cheddar flavoured American)*, onion straw, mayo and ketchup on a potato roll with good fries. Was yum.>>21954678What fish is the fish? >>21954789I was just thinking today as I stuffed cabbage with pork that I could use kosher chicken instead to feed my best friend and his wife who are observant Yehudim except one of the ingredients I used to make the filling are mushroom stock cubes from Poland and they don't seem to have kosher certification, not that it particularly matters, I guess, since they've eaten food at our house before and we don't keep kosher so all of our cookware is treif
>>21954799>I think OP meant something like a pork patty or cutlet sandwich. It's kind of a silly distinction to make though. I mean yeah, pork cutlets aren't as popular as beef patties or chicken cutlets, for whatever reason. They just haven't caught on. But to take that and frame it like pork isn't popular or valued is just wrong. Pork products absolutely dominate the breakfast market in the form of bacon and sausage. Pork hot dogs are a hugely popular fast and street food. Pulled pork and italian sausage are also fairly common menu items. Chinese fast food has tons of pork products. Chorizo and carnitas are staple Mexican fast food toppings. The McRib is seasonal, but always popular. And more. So, pork is eaten, quite a lot actually. It has just taken different forms than beef or chicken, for whatever reason. Probably because with beef and chicken sandwiches already dominating the market, there just isn't much room for pork cutlet sandwiches that fill the same niche. Steak breakfast sandwiches are not remotely as common as pork, but you wouldn't extrapolate from that that Americans don't eat beef, would you? It's a narrow minded way of looking at it.
>>21954799Oh and also some other instances of pork in fast food I can't believe I forgot: pepperoni on pizza, and cold cuts at any sandwich/sub shop. So yeah, pork is everywhere.
>>21954677Are these posts AI? There's nothing wrong with the OP sentence aside from lacking some conventions which is incredibly common on the internet and has been since the 90s when it was 90% english speakers
>>21955008Pork chops, ham, and pork loin are also very common lunch and dinner foods, it's never made much sense to me that pork gets so snubbed by chains outside of bacon and sometimes sausage patty breakfast sandwiches. I'd fucking kill for a chain that sold pork sausages that weren't just cheap shitty hot dogs, amd even those aren't really common. The only chains I can think of that do them are Sonic, Five Guys, and Auntie Annie's
>>21954678Seems kind of insensitive to sell a 9 11 burger
>>21954672certain religious groups forbid it
>>21955019it's a psyop by jealous europoors to make it seem like americans call everything with a bun a "burger". the rabbit hole goes very deep, and i dont quite understand it myself.
>>21955008>Pork hot dogs are a hugely popular fast and street foodLMAONo they're fucking not.I'm a European living in the US. We eat pork hotdogs back home. They're practically non-existent here outside of specialty brands that are $13/lb or more. Mixed meat ≠ pork hotdog and absolutely zero fast food spots worth talking about sell pork hotdogs. And yeah, I specifically left breakfast out of the equation because I figured OP didn't mean sausage McMuffin or ham-n-eggers, just lunch/dinner time stuff. Pork absolutely dominates breakfast here. >>21955016>>21955008>Chinese>Mexican>pepperoni on pizzaWe're taking sandwiches not stir fries, tacos and za.>cold cutsI guessed OP meant hot sandwiches but yeah, subs and the like absolutely count if not.>>21955024None of those hotdogs are pork hotdogs. They're either mixed meat or all beef.
>>21955078>I'm a European living in the US>None of those hotdogs are pork hotdogsYou're retarded, lying, or both. I don't know why you dumb eurofags keep pushing this idea that americans don't eat pork sausage or pork at all, it's literally the most common kind here. Beef sausages are more expensive and seen as higher quality by some people, but pork is far and away the most common
pork chop sandwiches
>>21955087Find me a single nationally available pork hot dog currently in production. I'll wait.
>>21955097Golly, that was hard. Literally the most common brand in America aside from like Ball Park trash dogs, these are in every single grocery store I've ever been in and they're the mediocre ones, every store has pork dogs from many different brands. You don't live in America and have probably never even visited you lying faggot
>>21955077explain how every chicken sandwich is called a chicken sandwich in the usa.
>>21955104Out of stock at literally every site I've looked at but Johnsonville's own website so I don't believe they're still in production, kiddo. The last pork ones that were nationally available were those absolutely delicious Oscar Mayer ones but they stopped selling those before COVID. Miss those delicious cunts.>You don't live in Americaiyss, Sally
>>21954678>Fish meals: Fishwhat did Kansas mean by this?
>>21955120>I don't believe they're still in productionWhatever you need to tell yourself to maintain the lie, Maximilian. Pork is incredibly common in America to the point that bacon is the single most consumed and ubiquitous breakfast meat and is added to fucktons of other dishes that didn't originally require it. Ever have bacon-wrapped shrimp, Hans? How about bacon on a cheeseburger, if you even have those in your muddy village?
>>21955142Well, is a meal comprised of fish not fish? Seems straightforward to me
>>21954672Wasn't it because there's less of a supply for pork meat? I remember hearing the reason that McDonalds don't make the McRib year-round is because there is literally not enough pork to go around, always selling the McRib would cause a pork shortage.
>>21955106A chicken sandwich isn't a burger unless the chicken is a ground, unbreaded patty. That is literally the only criteria necessary for something to be considered a burger, it has to have a ground meat patty that isn't breaded or deep fried. A whole chicken breast placed on a bun isn't a burger, it's a sandwich
>>21955162The mcrib comes back whenever pork dips under a certain market price, it isn't that there's a shortage of it but rather that McDonald's only does the mcrib when it's cheap enough to. They have pork sausage and bacon for breakfast year round
>>21955104>>21955147That's not sold anywhere. I checked Walmart, Kroger, Shoprite, Safeway, Hannaford, Publix, Food Lion, Hy Vee, HEB, Ralph's, Von's, Hmart, and Target before giving up and dismissing your claim as nonsense. I tried to give it a fair shake because I honestly would very much like to be wrong but I'm not and I know it and it pisses me off. I want pork hotdogs without the ridiculously inflated price tag or having to make them myself. >Ever have bacon-wrapped shrimpNope. Always sounded repulsive to me so never bothered. >How about bacon on a cheeseburger, if you even have those in your muddy village?Roosevelt Island? No. Those are illegal here and must of the rest of New York. And both of those are besides the point because neither is a pork hotdog.Do not drink iced tea tea close to bed time, btw. I'm tired but can't sleep. Fuck you, Gold Peak.
>>21955183>y-you can't but them they're disc-continuedOk
>>21955168>That is literally the only criteria necessary for something to be considered a burgerI've had people argue with me that using sandwich bread = not a burger. Patty melt is "not a burger". So I seized on that to say then chicken burgers are valid burgers because they're on buns QED and then the argument was changed: a burger must be a burger patty on a burger bun. >isn't a burger, it's a sandwichA burger is a sandwich.
>>21955183>Those are illegal here and must of the rest of New York.I can't tell if this is a shitpost or an actual attempt at making it sound like New York outlaws pork because it has a lot of jews
>>21955184See >>21955120>Out of stock at literally every site I've looked at but Johnsonville's own websiteThat's the website. And company websites tend to be out of date for some reason. Melita listed European roast on there for years after they discontinued it.
>>21955187>I've had people argue with me that using sandwich bread = not a burger. Patty melt is "not a burger".Both of these are incorrect, a burger made with sandwich bread is still a burger so long as it uses a ground meat patty as the base and a patty melt is still a burger for the same reason. "Patty melt" is a different specification because of how it's cooked but it is still at its core a burger with extra steps
>>21955190Neither. It was a joke. Of course I've had a bacon cheeseburger.
>>21955195Most of the first page of google results I searched for them still had them available, and again I've personally seen them in stores. And as well, that's just one type of one brand, there are plenty of other all pork sausages sold by other brands. Pork bratwurst is extremely common from most sausage brands
>>21955200I only asked because it's illegal to breathe air or eat sugar in New York now, so I wouldn't be surprised at this point
>>21955208lmao>>21955205>Pork bratwurstis not a hotdog and no fast food place sells bratwurst anyway. I fucks with the Johnsonville cheddarwurst. It's pretty okay. And when Lidl, Aldi and Hannaford/Giant/Food Lion still had their storebrands of pork hot dogs, I was buying that shit like mad but they've been discontinued, too. Hannaford et al especially stung because theirs tasted exactly like a proper pork hotdog and they were only $6.49 per 1lb package.Honestly, at $34, I might bite the bullet and order the Johnsonville ones. Just wish they were sold locally
>>21955222Johnsonville is very average, as I said. There are a lot of other, better brands like Aidell's or even some regional ones like Polidori, Boulder Sausage, Hempler's, or Seattle Sausage that are vastly better, Johnsonville is like the Burger King of sausage along with Jimmy Dean, very mediocre but cheap and "good enough"
>>21955231>Aidell'sThey only do chicken, tho, no? Pretty sure I've only ever seen chicken sausages from that brand.Honestly (and may Allah forgive me)?Oscar Mayer 100% pork hotdogs were better than ones back home.idk what it is but I just hate hate hate hate smoked beef. Pastrami, beef hotdogs, Texas barbecue, whatever, I find it all repulsive and always wish it was just pork instead. And I fucks with Jimmy Dean sage sausage. Use it as the eponymous ingredient in my sausage dressing come Thanksgiving. Back to hotdogs, I currently get them from NetCost, a Slavic supermarket ironically owned by Jews. Good pork hotdogs. $13/lb. : (
>>21955095>you are now cooking?>ya dood
>>21955243>They only do chicken, tho, no?Nah, they have pork too. Their andouille is pork off the top of my head, and I know they have a few other ones>idk what it is but I just hate hate hate hate smoked beef. Pastrami, beef hotdogs, Texas barbecue,Oh, I know you. I've seen you in other threads. You have abysmal taste lol

Any developed country with respect for itself does.
>>21955062What a terrible name for a burger.
>>21954672Several Dairy Queens in the Midwest have pork tenderloin sandwiches.

They have the McRib as a permanent item in Germany.
>>21954672come to indiana. practically every restaurant here has a pork tenderloin on the menu. it's the state sandwich
>>21955268>>21955564So what you mean is you've been brain-cucked by Muslims despite not even being Muslim. Sad!Pork is quite literally not any more "unhealthy" than any other meat.
>>21956054Every animal we eat is disgusting, have you ever seen a cow or a chicken in the flesh? They're absolutely filthy and covered in their own shit
>>21955243>Pastrami, beef hotdogs, Texas barbecue Pastrami is good, as long as it's the spicy Levantine style, instead of the bland Jewish one. Beef hotdogs I agree, are bad. They're just a bad variation of Frankfurter Rindswurst, which itself is a bad variation of Knackwurst. Texas BBQ is fine, as long as it isn't overly charred, or excessively sweet.
>>21956315See, now OP will just say "bbq pork patties don't count" or make up some other arbitrary rule to hide the fact that he was talking specifically about pork tenderloin sandwiches and was just too stupid to say so in the beginning
>>21954678Based fellow KC anon. LCs has closed a few of their locations. I think they used to have like 7 locations across KC up to Platte City right by Price Chopper and are now down to 4. They make a great greasy classic burger. Anyway I'd say pork is better fried up as a tenderloin sandwich. Tonkatsu pork sandwich and so on. I've done ground pork burgers and its just not very good. Requires a lot of seasoning as good quality pork is hard to get here in the States.
>>21955152>What about the bread does that have much fish in it?
>>21955268Pork does have a lot of saturated fat. Compared to Beef and Chicken it is not an optimal source of protein but its cheap by volume.

I love all the porcine food products but if I had to guess, B O A R - T A I N TA certain percentage of pigs will have a horrible sweat smell and taste lingering in the meat, this is called boar taintmy solution is to shred up the meat and mix it with sweet baby rayspulled pork masks boar taint, it doesn't harm humans so it never bothered me, but a pork chop sandwich is harder to cover up
>>21954672they do here in Europe>pic related, a McFarm
>>21955106>why is water called water in the USA? we don't do that in GERMANY
>>21954691Well they certainly do in The United States of America (USA) and in Central and South America, as well as Asia, with such countries as China and Japan that come to mind. Can't forget ALL OF WEST AND EASTERN EUROPE. WOW, that's like 99% of the world that eats pork. It would ACTUALLY appear that a lot of people DO eat pork.

>>21960236I have never tasted boar taint in my entire life and only discovered it through the internet. either I'm very lucky or it's extremely uncommon because my family has never shied from pork
Pork cutlets don't have a texture that would be universally enjoyed, which is why pork sandwiches are either ground sausage patties, or pulled pork.
>>21960236>>21960766Pretty much only happens when it's wild boar, or if the animal was killed while it was screaming its brains out.Or if it was an intact male.

>>21955120I've seen these just in the last week, I think it was at Jewel-Osco. Never tried them before, I wonder if they actually taste different than the now-typical chicken/pork franks.
>>21954672pork sandwiches are fairly common in fast food just not in the A list national chain sector of it. if you go to any regional burger fries franchise, any local concession dive, chances are they're going to have a tenderloin/pork cutlet option on the menu, chains like culvers that are sold as hybrid sitdown or sonic that advertises a wider variety of concession usually have a tenderloin. as far as the big national chains I think pork is just not quite iconic enough to have a guaranteed inclusion like chicken. it's seen as a third order item a place with an expanded menu would have.
>>21960822>Eating asian porkI'd rather die of a *cillin or *cycline resistant strain of something.
