I can't fry anymore because I don't have a stove top in my apartment, nor a real kitchen. I just use an air fryer for all my veggies, meat, and bread. I know it's subhuman but I still love to cook and it's the best I can manage. But I miss frying!

Now I use the airfryer 99% of the time.In winter I sometimes break out the ikea portable induction to do stews or corned beef. I did also use it for boiled eggs but I realised the air fryer can do that.
