buldak pink with a couple slices of american cheese, some lunch meat, some hardboiled eggs, and some seedweed is my favorite.
shin red is a close second to me. same dressing.

We have a place in my city that does true Hokkaido-style ramen and karaage and it's the fucking best. They're the only outpost of that restaurant outside Japan. They do a cold ramen in the summer and I can't wait for it this year

I like spicy but these just miss the mark. If you put the oil on your tongue, it tastes like a chemical burn. The "cheese" is more like some kind of protein dust flavored with a few barely Italian herbs. When you mix it and eat it, it basically tastes like a parsley and basil flavored pepper spray. A wholly unserious food for people who don't like flavor.

There's a Japanese knockoff version that has worse noodles, but way better flavor and a spice that builds up over time in your mouth instead of giving you an assault and battery.

Here’s the Korean approved buldak:

I like shin ramyun Black pack is probably my favorite. Mix minced garlic, kewpie mayo, and egg yolk. Temper the mixture with a little of the hot broth and then add back to the pot. Garnish with some green onion. Kimchi ramen is wonderful just add more fresh kimchi. Gold pack is good too. Ttake a pinch of white pepper and combine with beaten egg. Right as soup is done drop the egg into the pot to make ribbons. Just like if you were making egg drop soup. The k-army packs are absolutely amazing but they don’t sell it at my local slopmart anymore.
I like to make peanut noodle ramen with the cheaper shin packs. Just add some peanut butter, drop of sesame oil, and green onions to garnish

Are you boiling it down with the noodles in there, or adding the sauce and whatever you want like veggies etc and adding noodles at the end? I just had a pretty decent ramen for the first time in years a couple nights ago. But cooked it as per packaging (400ml of waterish) adding 2 eggs using the drip method about a minute before finish. It was still too much water for my liking. I guess I can just use less water, but If I feel like adding vegetables I guess I can use normal amount with sauce packet, let it boil down then eggs/noodles?
