hello sirs, in need in some ideas, what country specific cuisine i could make. we did korean and mexican already. what do u suggest? was thinking french, coq au vin and french onion soup but im not sure if those two dishes go well together.

Isn’t coq au vin kinda stewy? It might be weird to pair with French onion soup.
I think a wine braised beef dish would go well, like short ribs with root vegetables.
Either way, be sure to have crusty bread and good cheese for the soup.
