For a reverse sear, I get the internal temp to around 110F, then I put it on the grill as hot as it can get, 2 minutes on each side. Rotate after 30 seconds for diamond grill marks.

Probably polarizing, but the medium rare burger is one of my favorites. The meat remains tender and juicy without relying on grease and sauces to compensate for a burned and dry patty. Cooked to an internal of around 135-140.
