In the midwest and east coast what they call lo mein is referred to as chow mein on the west coast?
Chinese guy looks like a turtle here, like that movie Master of Disguise where one of his disguises was a turtle. But this is like a real one.

Chow mein is stir fried and lo mein is not. The latter is cooked separate and tossed into a greasy wok of stir fried meat and veges.
