I figured out how to recreate the unique bouquet of soba tsuyu sauce with just the sauces available at your local supermarket chain (sans the fishy zest of the fish sauce used in soba tsuyu). You use three parts gyoza sauce, and one part ponzu sauce. It's not too sweet, and has just a little bit of a tangy kick to it. You're welcome.
