Can someone PLEASE tell me what Diet/Zero Sugar sodas are actually palatable.I'm trying to cut back on sugar but I cant find any soda that I dont get that really terrible after taste from because of the Stevia/Aspterame.So far I have only found ONE and its Sunkist zero sugar. Its close enough to other orange sodas and the "orange flavor" at the end hides most of the aspartame. But do you guys have any recommendations for the next best thing? So far I've tried Diet coke/Pepsi max(zero sugar whatever its called in your region)/Pepsi Zero Wild Cherry. The wild cherry was the 2nd closest to not being absolutely terrible but Its not good enough.
>>21958602Monster White. Tastes nothing like Red Bull. Just don't overdo it
Try sparkling water, you nigger. Don't hesitate, just do it. Now. Replace 1 soda with a sparkling water.
>>21958678He's asking for a soda, not an energy drink >>21958703This is what I did. It takes awhile but eventually soda will taste gross and too sweet.
>>21958602Zero Dr Pepper and sprite are good imoAlso what >>21958703 saidI took the sparkling water pill. Perrier blackberry and Pellegrino cherry and pomegranate are great. unflavored Pellegrino is good too
>>21958678I dont like energy drinks>>21958703Im not a fan of it. I've had plenty to know I dont like it
I've never really disliked zero sugar sodas for their sweetener flavor, but I cannot stand cilantro. Does OP enjoy cilantro but hate aspartame or phenelkenelukraintronics (or whatever those things are)?
>>21958829I actually enjoy cilantro. But cannot stand the artifical sweetener after taste.
Fresca
>>21958678White's a pleasant pineapple gummy bear flavour. Op should try the different FRESCAs (just be sure to ice them).
>sparkling water is badCorrection: ALL other sparkling waters are bad compared to the GOAT
>>21958602Just drink water you fat faggot
>>21958979This anon has the solution. Time to grow up you fucking manchild
I recently gave up artificial sweeteners so I got some stevia sodas that looked good. This is the first one I've tried and I like it quite a bit. They're a bit pricey though so they'll definitely be an occasional treat. Otherwise the only non-water things I drink are bodyarmor lyte/zero (the fruit punch, the lemon lime one kinda sucks) and coconut water.
If you like cherry, the cherry spindrift is actually really good.
>>21958979>>21958982I do. I only drink soda during meals. I despise drinking soda on its own
>>21959021>I recently gave up artificial sweeteners so I got some stevia
>>21958602Fresca with a few drops of lemon is very drinkable. Diet Dr. Pepper.
>>21958886OP doesn't understand that Monster White doesn't taste like an energy drink, simply because it has no taurine in it. Obviously you can't drink 10 cans every day but the same thing is true for Cola (Zero)
>>21958602try dr pepper, I like that one
>>21959119Why can't I drink coke zero every day? There are no calories in it. Says it right there on the can.
This is by FAR the best zero sugar soda I've had. No idea how they make it so good.
>>21959309You can. We're not talking about a can a day, it's mostly about the caffeine. Of course all sodas with artificial sweeteners will still damage your brain in the long term. There have been studies on that but I don't care enough to search and link that shit again
>>21958602I can't stand sugar soda. 5 minutes later my mouth tastes like bacteria shit.
>>21959305Diet Moxie is great because the bitterness cuts the sweet.
>>21958602Canada Dry fruit splash Baka Blast zeroDr Pepper Strawberry Diet Coke 7up TropicalMilo’s Sweet Tea that’s about it. been drinking diet soda for 20 years
>>21959088>I only drink soda during meals.>only during meals>onlyYou're drinking that shite thrice a day. Why do you need to drink it at all? Think of it as a bad habit you need to lose and just stop.
For me it's diet a&w root beer
>>21958602I only enjoy diet/zero sugar soda, regular tastes gross to me.But I’m not one of those disgusting freaks telling you to drink fizzy sweat water
>>21959021I haven’t tried this one but have done Zevia in the past and thought it was acceptable. That said the taste was better when they included erythritol, but erythritol got connected to blood clots so it was taken out of basically all stevia and monkfruit sweetened products
>>21958602Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar is LUSH. So is the Sprite Zero Sugar. I think the citrus based sodas tend to retain a better flavor profile with the aspartame.
an anon posted a while ago suggesting diet cranberry juice (or whatever. ocean spray brand makes a bunch of different ones) added to sparking water. 2 parts sparkling water 1 part juice. i tried it and it's very good if you really don't like sparkling water
>>21958602I add aspartame to my diet sodas to make them extra sweet.
>>21959473I only have 2 meals a day. So 2 sodas
>>21958602Bruh I don't want to be a Debbie downer but cutting back on sugar and replacing it with artificial sweeteners is only going to make your health worse. If you NEED to have soda in your day I would just start exercising more so your body actually uses the excess glucose or something.
>>21958602The new ones coming out branded zero sugar are the best ever imo (literally called 'zero sugar' in my area). Make sure you're getting the newer ones though, the formula is different than what they had before and are way better
>>21959888
>>21958602Here's my current lineup.
