Is this shit actually effective? I need to buy a new wok and I'm wondering what exactly makes something like this better than regular carbon steel or ceramic.
>>21958696i dont like that is square. a wok is supposed to be round and have curved sides, not walls like that.that looks like a baking pan.
>>21958711Any other erudite observations you'd like to share
>>21958727They should make salt that's 50% less salty.
>>21958727yesh, the federal govt has a spending problem, not a revenue problem.religion is obviously fake shit made up to control people.han shot first.
>>21958711that is not a wok but in fact a japanese eggu pan (tamagopan)
Never buy meme cookware. You're acknowledging it is a meme in your question. You know you don't need this and it does nothing. If you've seen an advert for the cookware, avoid it. If it has hexagons on it, avoid it. If it's a weird shape, avoid it.Don't buy iy.
>>21958816Excuse my fellow Japanophile but I believe it is a tamagoyaki i.e. an egg yaki, i.e. aa egg pan. It is for cooking the tamago i.e. the egg. This explains why all of my eggs i.e. tamagoes have been coming out badly. I was not cooking them in the correct yaki (pan).
The question is do these last longer than the usual teflon pans?
just go stainless
>>21958848They are just ceramic with raised metal shit
it's weird people have to invest all this time, money, seasoning, and research into pans when they can just use a good stainless steel pan and use it properly
>>21958831Why about hexagons ?
>>21958908No Thanks. I'm not a fucking commie
>>21959727They put them on the pans because the pattern looks cool, a bit scifi, and gives them more of a brand identity, but they don't have any benefit. It's something a manufacturer does to increase flashiness and marketability. If you see it, you know where there focus is. Even if there is a good pan underneath the hexagons, it will exist without the hexagons elsewhere and without you paying their marketers wage. More commonly it's to jazz up a cheap and poor quality pan though.
My mom gave me one as a present. It's like a stainless steel pan that sticks a bit less. If it's lasts longer than the average nonstick pan I'd say it's a good investment. Especially if you don't want to deal with several pans
>>21958738>Religion is made up to control peopleThen people who aren't religious just turn politics into their new religion and still try to control people :D
>nonstickyou’re are going to (((die of covid))) if you use that pan just use regular pan
>>21958696>ask for suggestions>turn down everything that doesnt follow your prerogative Gay ass.
>>21958729MSG?
>>21959731Hey, everyone! Look at big dick Johnson the anti-Hegelian-Materialist over here, with his big 'ole dick! I bet him and his big dick have some big dick opinions about the Eschatology of capitalist economics that OLLLLLLLLLL Karly-Marly didn't think to even consider!
i don't think hexclad is very good for eggs at all
>>21960693>hasn't taken the hexpill yet
>>21958696He spent ten years learning how to make the egg. The egg!
