Is it possible to make chicken stock in a rice cooker? Has anyone here done it?I just don't have a stock pot is all.Would I have to cook it multiple times? Would the non-stick layer on the inside of my rice cooker's bowl get all fucked up and peel off? Please respond.

If the metal pot thingy has no holes which it doesn't because you fill it with water when cooking rice as well, what could go wrong?

>>21959788just go to savers and get a pot dumbass, they're like $5 for a big fuck-off stockpot.

Would the non-stick layer on the inside of my rice cooker's bowl get all fucked up and peel off?I don’t think you’d have to cook multiple times, and the lining should be fine as long as you stir with a non-metal utensil. May want to be careful that any ingredients don’t burn on the bottom (due to the low simmer) by stirring occasionally but making stock in a rice cooker should be fineIs the rice cooker small or large? Nice or cheap? What’s the lid situation?
