Don't mind me, just being the best way to heat up pizza in your path
>>
2 drops of water seems insufficient
>>
>>21960658
the water is almost completely unnecessary. idk who wants steamed pizza. i don't use any and it still heats through and gives a crisp crust.
>>
>>21960655
Get an electric frying pan.
Prop two legs up on upside down baking sheet.
You can now put water in the lower part to steam.
The baking sheet serves as a heat sink to do this other than on a stove.
>>
Pizza isn't supposed to be crispy. It doesn't ruin it but it's shittier than soft dough.
>>
>>21960662
That sounds retarded and I would rather just use the oven.

This but you flip the pizza over for the last step. Twp drops is too little, 10-25 ml
>>
>>21960663
you dont know what you're talkin bout. this is specifically for reheating pizza, not the best way to have pizza in any form. there is definitively no better way to reheat pizza that preserves its original textures and flavor, other than the stovetop method
>>
>>21960655

Just add a bit of butter on top, which contains water.
I also put in a bit of oil first.

Imagine the scissor fights.
>>
>>21960655
I just give it 2 minutes on max in the air fryer...
>>
just put it in the air fryer
or
eat it cold

Instructions unclear pizza very soggy now.
>>
>>21960660
it's an albany technique
>>
>>21960655
Microwave it until the cheese is melty, then throw it on a preheated cast iron skillet on the stovetop and cook it until the bottom is as crispy as you like it. This is so simple I can't believe that retards still have a problem figuring it out.

I liked those pants
>>

you should sell your flammable water and get filthy rich.
>>
just fry it normally and flip it halfway through cooking. ez.
>>
>>21960655
Just use an air fryer. You do have one, right?
>>
air fryer mogs for reheating piza
>>
>>21960655
Been doing this for well over a decade, as far as I knew, I invented it.
>>
>>21960655
Just microwave it
>>
>>21961205
It was because there was too much oil in the pan I think, I was making burgers with 25% beef
>>
>>21961137
>2 steps instead of 1
I'm just gonna turn the pan on medium and set my pizza in dere with da lid on and wait bout 8 minutes but thanks for your "hack"
>>
>>21960655
Get 2 same size ceramic plates, place the Pizza between the two plates like a clam shell. Microwave at high power for around 1 minute or slightly more. Your pizza isn’t too dry or wet (and definitely not charred like the skillet or oven method)
>>
>>21960655
You steam it for a few minutes to reheat; this restores moisture.
Then you pop it in a toaster oven for a few minutes to crispen up the outside.

>>21961633
>>
>>21961009
same. 3-4 minutes using air fryer button on my oven. I don't wait for it to heat.

If I'm extra lazy I'll do only 15 seconds in the mike. Just warms it a bit but doesn't ruin it.
>>
I judge a pizza place on how good their pizza tastes cold the next day.
>>
>>21960655
>all that gay shit
nah man microwave pizza is the shit.
>>
>>21960655
>melty

Fuck you.
