For me, it's the Beef Soft Taco from Taco Time.

ITT: share little known fast food chains from your region and your favorite menu item.
>>
Anywhere that has Taco Time also has Del Taco and thus you have no reason ever to go to Taco Time.

For me, it's Taco JOHN'S and their Potato Oles. Bet you don't have those.
>>
in my experience Taco Time has been the equivalent of a 7-11 taquito except they charge you $7 instead of $2
>>

Crisp beef burritos, tater tots and crustos. They also have a good tostada salad. If I want actual tacos and burritos yeah I'll go to Del Taco.
>>
>>21961509
Taco Time uses the standard tot format and they come in spicy which are great.

Taco Lite from taco casa. It's a regular taco, but it has a deep fried flour tortilla shell and is bigger than its corn shelled counterparts. the fried flour tortilla is airy and greasy and decadent. very good.

is burgerville sufficiently niche? it's like whataburger or in-n-out except not as good. I don't think they're outside of oregon and washington. they have a delightful blackberry milkshake in the summer that I like to get.

In Kansas City we have an old place called In-A-Tub (that's really their name) and they do deep-fried tacos with powdered cheese.

what’s with every mexican joint having “taco” in the name. are all the american restaurants in mexico called “burger”
>>
>>21961509
I live across the street from one and still never go that shit is AAAASSSSSSSS.
>>
>>21961750
it's not mexican. it's tacos.
>>
>>21961699
They also have those weird loose meat burgers that are pretty okay.
>>
>>21961448
It's white people tacos with the nostalgia that keeps me going. If I want real mexican food, I'll go to a real restaurant. Also, del taco sucks.

Yeah their crisp beef burritos combined with the slasa-like hotsauce is divine. That sauce is so good. Haven't been in a long time, because honestly now I'm too poor to eat out on average, but still I love their food.
>>
>>21961699
>deep-fried tacos
this sounds good
>powdered cheese
the actual fuck?
>>
>>21961448
I think the crispy burritos are worth it. but honestly i never really went to taco time unless i worked near one. Dell Taco is also cheaper thats a factor as well.

Mexicans get so uppity over "real" Mexican food, but last i checked your abuelita doesn't own 50 restaurants across America that serves thousands of people everyday, delicious recreated south American secret recipes.
they get so mad when you tell them that whites make better Mexican food than they do.
>>
>>21962668
>more commercial fast food outlets means that food is better?

That's how the American mind works.
>>
>>21962675
yeah, but does your abuelita own 50 restaurants across america that serve secret recipe south american dishes?
>>
because my family helps run a major Mexican food restaurant, that was originally started by a white couple who went to south america and learned a bunch of dishes across south america, then moved back to north america and started the restaurants where they serve those dishes.
and its fucking hilarious when the Mexicans say its not real Mexican food, especially the employees even though the recipes they serve there are better than any "authentic" mexican restaurant that opens by mexicans in north america.

Fosters Freeze. Sort of like a local DQ variant. Everyone here SWEARS by them. I have been, it was pretty good. Not the legendary 10/10 people make it out to be, but because my closest DQ is 2 1/2 hours away I will happily go there when I am feeling like a fat fuck and I want a 2,000 calorie meal consisting of ice cream, fries, and a burger.

Anyone remember Taco Bueno?
>>
>>21963091
why are you acting like taco bueno has been erased from the face of the earth?
>>

>south america
this might shock you, but mexico is not in south america. if theyre making south american food they arent making mexican food.

It is objectively the best soft serve. Ever. If you ever have the opportunity, you should go. Even if you hate soft serve, you might find yourself thinking "hey, I didn't know this could be good". Everything else is kind of meh though.

Dairy queen is just ok and has that same weird artificial vanilla flavor that everyone else does.
>>
>>21963220
OK genius what part of mexico is south america in?
>>
>>21963569
the southern part? check and mate, retard.

Wendy's just rolled out their version of poutine in Michigan. Honestly kind of slaps. I think it's only a regional thing cause nobody's heard of it outside of Ann Arbor.

i am from the south and have never had poutine but even i know that is not poutine

>Wendy's just rolled out their version of poutine in Michigan. Honestly kind of slaps.

I've always been annoyed that we can't get poutine in metro Detroit.

>I think it's only a regional thing cause nobody's heard of it outside of Ann Arbor.

I can say it's not at the Wendy's in Troy near where I work.

We have a little-known chain called Burger King. I'm not sure if it qualifies as a chain since the other restaurant run by the family is called the Frigid Queen (weird name for a restaurant, maybe the family who owned it didn't fuck much). Anyway, I just get the cheeseburger. It's ok.
>>
>>21963710
Wrong.
