This is a Gut Pack. There are many like it, but this one is the original. A Gut Pack starts with a bed of locally-sourced Fritos Corn Chips, smothered with a healthy wollop of smoked sausage, and shredded cheese. Atop this sturdy foundation is draped fistfuls of shredded beef brisket, and a wolloping ladle of baked beans. This nigh-unscalable mountain of sloppa is accompanied by clandestine side pockets of raw onion, dill pickle, and pickled jalapenos. A fork? Optional.
