My first inclination would be to serve this with classic Algerian style garlic potatoes like my mum makes but I've been eating potato all week so I reckon rice. Just washed it now but I won't cook it until the chicken is done

Weird factory offcuts from aldi, it's the cheapest I think. When I was in Melbourne I'd just get everything from the halal butcher and ethnic fruit and veg market in Coburg but now I live in Canberra aldi is the next best thing. Oh well
