If you don't see them eat the entire meal they ordered in the video, they didn't. They took a few bites of something and either threw the rest out, shared it with their production crew, or saved it for later depending on the channel.
What makes you think they eat all of it one day? It's edited. You're watching at least several days worth of footage.

Ive thought that also OP. I imagine they don't entirely eat everything they are given. Behind the scenes they probably share with their crew, take some home for later, and just throw some away. I always imagine them giving things away to people passing by in poor areas but seems kinda gross to do that once its been eaten off of, but im sure the local poors wouldnt give a fuck.
