>>21965630I can help with the fruit flavouring.Pint of blueberries (12 oz?), 2.5 cups sugar, 1 cup water. Blend, boil for 5 mins, strain into suitable bottle. Should be shelf stable, but add a squeeze of lemon if you'd like to bring the pH down. Use a half shot or so (or full if you've got a real sweet tooth) to a double of liquor. Alternately, macerate berries with a fistful of sugar and a pinch of salt and infuse in liquor (the whiskey you plan on drinking, or a neutral spirit) to make a tincture. Or find a happy medium for a liqueur.
