Is fresh pasta worth it?
>>21964462>fresh>in a containerpick one.
>>21964462it's a bit chewier but honestly if it's something stuffed just get it frozen. you won't ever really be pining for "fresh" ravioli
>>21964462there is no fresh pasta in the supermarket. the stuff that is advertised as "fresh" actually tastes worse than dry pasta at home. if they add some kind of filling it becomes even worse because they ALWAYS use shit ingredients
>>21964489how bout I take a dump (fresh) into your mouth (container)
If by fresh you mean frozen ravioli/tortellini, sure.
>>21964462If you make it yourself yes, it's worth doing a couple times a year I'd say
no, get dried if you can't make it yourself, "fresh" will get soggy and mushy faster
i like fresh pasta from the grocery store and you can't stop me!
>>21964462not for that price
>>21964462making it sure isnt. fuck ton of work just for minimal difference over dried
>>21964462Italians laugh at America's "fresh pasta" obsession. In Italy, dried pasta is the norm for homes and restaurants alike. They know that, in the US, fresh pasta is just a scam for places to charge triple the price.
>>21965623we buy fresh past too not sure what you're on about, actual fresh not the kind that lasts 2 months in the fridge.
>>21964462yes
