Most places that run these kinds of challenges only do it one day a month, on random days, only by advance booking, so the general public really can't have a go. And professional eaters are paid under the table to do this, virtually all sponsorships are done illegaly if only for the taxes. How much income do you think a YouTuber reports to the IRS?
