I eat a pretty low fat diet and when I see shit like this it almost makes me nauseous. I would love some lean wagyu if that exists, but I have no interest in eating almost pure fat. A5 wagyu is in the same realm for me as deep fried butter.

People need to think of wagyu as more like foie gras than a steak. With beef that saturated with fat, you're not meant to eat it as a 12-25 ounce cut, but 4 ounce chunks with a side.
