Might as well use this thread to askDo native english speakers have a hard time telling if this is meant to be butter or not? Im esl and when i was younger and didnt know how to read labels i was genuinely confused as to what this was. Also do u think this kind of naming should be allowed? It feels very much like the previous generations JUST EGGS where the naming is meant to confuse ppl into not knowing what theyre buying.

It does feel like some brands are trying to push to see how close they can get to calling their product the real thing. I don't have an issue with things like "almond milk" though since nobody thinks it's real milk.
Because they're not animal-based fats. They do make a separate vegan variety so they probably involve animals somehow.
