Their coffees are always too bitter and too sweet. I don't know how they do itSo I usually get a chai or nothing

>>21966519If they've got a talk black filter coffee, then that's OK, especially if it was brewed within the last 10 minutes. If it's over 30 minutes from brewing, it's going to be N.A.S.T.Y.Otherwise, I won't bother. There are other coffee shops (though most of them don't have anything much better either; all of them have nasty espresso and you can't turn that shit into anything good).

Their black coffee tastes like burnt rubber to me and gave me the runs, so I would get an americano instead, which is just kinda tasteless. Then I realized they had a blonde roast, which is actually just a medium roast, and tastes good. I like to get that, but it has more caffeine than what I usually want. You can't win with Starbucks.

>>21966519Went into a starbucks for the first time in almost 20 years today. My dad wanted me to get him some sort of instant coffee packages they sold. I thought about getting something since it was a little nostalgic. I worked at one shortly back in college. The smell was exactly as I remembered it but the menu was gone. It was just a big led screen showcasing a couple of drinks. There wasn't even anything to see what all they sold or how much it was. I don't understand their business model. Ended up just getting the instant stuff for my dad and leaving.
