Which one?
>>21967014None of them taste good. They are trying to put the least amont of chicken, the maximum of breadcrumbs and fry it in the most disgusting oil possible.
>>21967014They all give my diarrhea. I've never tried the third one but out of the others Popeye's is probably the least worst.
>>21967014they're all shit now. the chicken looks anemic in person. also they use gay vegetable oils. fried chicken and fries taste best when you use beef tallow like the carribbean places.
>>21967014I've only had KFC... Like 25 years ago.
>>21967014This is food for a child. Do you still love with mommy? Grow up
>>21967014why is whataburger here it's not even a chicken restaurant
>>21967014allow me to educate you.
>>21967014Good homemade will always be way better than any of these chains but (assuming your restaurant gives the tiniest shit) popeyes is the best. Popeyes actually fucking spices their marinade and uses beef tallow in their fry oil mix.Huey Magoo's is vastly superior to all of these as well
>>21967014popeyes without a questIon
>>21967036popeyes uses beef tallow which is why it tastes the best
>>21967070based
>>21967014Wendy's
>>21967014popeyes so yummy wummy
Church's FTW
>>21967158Those are only in the dark sections of town
>>21967014Lol
>>21967089No they fucking don't, retard.
>>21967014Fred Meyer deli
>>21967022Some popeyes franchises use tallow, you have to ask each one to check though. I have one in my town that i know does but idk about the others
>>21967218yes they do jerkoff literally google it.
>>21967229all popeyes chicken restaurants use tallow, thats why it has that flavor. also on what planet are franchise restaurants in the same country going to use different oils?
Kneel. When it's fresh this is the best fried chicken you can get in terms of value, taste and convenience.
>>21967014I like the ones they had at church's w/white gravy and hot sauce packs, but I prefer bone in chicken anyways so have not had them in years.
>>21967241I did and they don't, you fucking retard.>>21967244>on what planet are franchise restaurants in the same country going to use different oils?None. That's why they don't use tallow, you fucking retard.
>>21967241https://www.google.com/search?q=tallow+site:Popeyes.comNo results. Looks like they don't use tallow. Where did you get the idea that they did? They'd have to double the price. The tallow would be more expensive than the chicken they're frying in it and that's not a sustainable business choice at their current price point.
>>21967022Canes is the least breaded. For me the balance lies in a gas station.>>21967211Hell yeah brother
>>21967254>>21967250trolling is against the rules
>>21967272That's nice, dear. Doesn't explain why https://www.google.com/search?q=tallow+site:Popeyes.com gets no results, though. Tough break, Brianna.
>>21967278oh word?https://popeyesmenuusa.com/popeyes-beef-tallow/#google_vignette
>>21967244Popeyes' quality can vary wildly between locations
>>21967296Neat. Then why doesn't https://www.google.com/search?q=tallow+site:Popeyes.com yield results?
>>21967303why would it? have you seen their website?its a piece of shit.
>>21967297It's the inverse of almost all fast food chains. If there's more black people working there you can bet the food will actually be better
>>21967349>have you seen their website?No ma'am, I have not.
>>21967415That's not even remotely true. But I think Popeyes' quality issues have more to do with the fact that they pay peanuts even by fast food standards, so I'm guessing only the most felonious and/or retarded of individuals would even consider working there.
>>21967014Of the 4 you posted, Cane's. If allowed to source outside your 4 choices, Angry Chickz easy.>Fried in peanut oil, outside is always crispy and inside is so juicy and tender that not a single other chicken place can even compete with>Fries are ideal mix of crispy and starchy and also seasoned (Got told by a Dave's Hot Chicken employee no when I asked for it and to go to Angry Chickz if I wanted that, so I did) >Simple menu only 6 things - Chicken, bread (always buttered and toasted), fries, coleslaw, mac n cheese, buttery rice, or any mix of those items you like. >Spice range from wypipo ouchy black pepper too spicy to reaper make you want to die. My main complaint is of the 3 locations I have been to, the quality varied wildly. Luckily the one closest to my house is the best of the 3 I have access to. Maybe this has been fixed over the years, but I haven't returned to the other 2. They had mid fries, didn't toast the bread, and the ladies behind the counter taking orders acted like I was inturrupting them by ordering food.
>>21967211>>21967271Never tried it. I have one closeby though, and I will amend this with 2 anons recommending it.
>>21967211Theres a few ive seen in the city and theyre pretty small and shady but damn is it good.
Make way Peasants.
>>21967014Popeye's is only worth having if you get sauce to dip it in, but I like the crunch and texture of it. I like the taste of KFC's, but the texture is bad. Ain't tried Whataburger. Raising Cane's is downright terrible - if you don't care of that sauce, you're screwed. But their toast is nice.
>>21967449In my experience retards make the best chicken. The consensus here seems to reflect that>t. Retard
>>21967014>Which one?I don't know
>>21967271majority of these places are owned by jeets. no thanks
For me it's Bojangles
>>21967014All reviews are for Tenderloin Strips>Popeye'sIncredibly cripsy texture yet fairly bland spices. Meat is mid to high quality but only just thick enough to not be called truly "thin".>KFCHaven't been there since they got rid of potato wedges so my memory may not be fully accurate. The 11 herbs & spices, yeah, but the breading whenever I had it was very thin. Always kind of greasy.>WhataburgerNever had it, no locations near me.>Raising Caine'sSimilarly spiceless as Popeye's, similarly very crispy like Popeye's, but distinct in both manners. Very juicy thick meat, high in the natural chicken tang which the others lack. There's a Church's Chicken 3 towns over from me that I've been meaning to go to but it's on the side of the county that I never have any business in so I keep missing out.
>>21967724Oh, right, as for "which one" sometimes when I go to Popeye's they fill the thing with like twice as much chicken as the menu option I ordered and sometimes they give me crap that's been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours. Caine's is always consistent. So it really depends on if I wanna take a gamble or not, plus the Popeye's is closer to my commute home than Caine's is.Even if KFC brings back the wedges I don't think it's ever gonna be worth it.
>>21967014popeyes is just breading]KFC is hit or missWhataburger are just a vehical for the cream gravyRaising canes are legit with and with out the sauceove all rankings in order on picture4,2,3,1
does anyone else think after a certain point the sauce is more important than the tendie? like obviously chick fila or zaxby's is way better than frozen no matter what you put on them, but I'd rather eat decent tendies with great sauce than great tendies with mediocre sauce.
