I made tomato hotpotShrimp, napa cabbage, white mushrooms, tofu (sautéed garlic in the pot beforehand, added soy sauce and very spicy chili oil at the end) It was pretty good and fairly inexpensive. What other dishes should I try to soupmaxx?

Looks good maybe add more ingredients next time, mussels, those frozen beef strips for hotpot etc I had a hotpot with my Chinese roommates in college and she served us like small bowls with smooth peanut butter, cilantro, i can't remember but I assume some kind of vinegar, maybe chili oil, spring onion, I'm not sure, but the idea was you spooned in the hot pot spicy soup into the bowl and mixed it with the bowl ingredients.In retrospect it was such a nice gesture, we drank soy milk with the meal.
