the fattest most slob shit i get is not even pic related, it's a double molten lava cake sundae from Braum's with their Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. I just use butter or oil if I don't want something to stick and then I wash them as soon as I'm done using them. They're easy to clean if you do that. If you let food get hard and sit there for days stinking up the place, sure they'll be a pain to clean. Just don't be a disgusting slob.

also its about heat range you've got to warm up stainless steel with oil before you cook and cant get to hot with certain foods

i like to hit it and rip it
my main heat setting are high and low i dont fuck with that pussy inbetween shit
and if im going low and slow im slow cooking

if you can complete a lego set you can be an above average baker

it only gets complicated when you're baking delicate shit that can be altered by your altitude or if you have a shitty oven thats tempature is off

or you have to make something for a treat that requires cooking like a caramel sauce that can burn
