whats the sweet spot for dark chocolate?for me its 75%
more like dork chocolate lol
>>21972400go fuck yourself. dark chocolate has dignity and respect
For me, I have always loved the darkest of chocolate. When I was a child, I saw my mother using baker's to make sweets and I begged her for a block. Thinking it'd be funny of course she gave me a piece, and to her horror I absolutely loved it. 100% pure cocoa for me, baby girl. Now make me some of those apple fritters that I love so much.
>>21972393for me it's 35% and hazelnuts
Dyed milk.
>>21972393Chocolate liquor wafers
chocolate is overrated
>>2197239370% for me, but I can enjoy anywhere from 60-85%
>>21972416>100% pure cocoa for me,Things that never happened.
Belong 60 is too sweet, and above 90 is too bitter. So yea 75 is the literal middle ground for me.
>>2197239385-90% I would say. Enough to make me feel alive.
>>21972393Yeah 75%Not overpoweringly sweet but also not bitter. It's perfectBut i do enjoy sweet as a sin milk chocolate once in a while
>>21972393I think I agree with you, but I like 85 right up to 99 sometimes.
65% milk chocolate

>>21972400Got his azz!
>>21972921FPBP
>>21972567Ooooh yeah i tasted choco + liquor once
>>21972393I loved the Valrhona Noir Amer back when they made it. Looks like it was less than 85% (their "Extra Noir Amer" is 85%), I thought it was much higher. The ones that are basically compressed cocoa powder are too much. This Anon >>21972416 is delusional, take him to the infirmary.
I like my choccy the way I like my men: 100% darkAnything less than 80-85% is milk choccy crunchums for goyim.

>>21974066Let’s see the ingredients in that fake Rolex watch equivalent of what you call food.
>>21974066Cocoa butter army, where you at?Bitters are for self hating masochists.
>>21974078There ya go buddy
>>21974153>natural vanilla flavour>beaver ass is natural, right?
>>21974166that wouldn't be called vanilla
>>21974153>soyThis is the smuggest self-dunk I’ve seen since 2015.
>>21974168Castoreum is used in "natural vanilla flavor" all the time. It doesn't necessarily mean that the flavour is natural vanilla, just that it's not made in a lab, and is at least reminiscent of vanilla.
>>21974215>It doesn't necessarily mean that the flavour is natural vanillai didn't know that. although i don't think castoreum is used as much in food as you say. there's no way it's cost effective anymore. >at present, the annual industry consumption is very low, around 100 kilograms (220 lb),[18] whereas vanillin is over 1.2 million kg (2.6 million lb) annually.
>>21972393For me it's 76%.
You're not an interesting person for consuming dark chocolate. It's the same with spicyfags, who think they're manlier for consuming spicy things. Grow up.
>>21974078White is superior.
>>21974228Yeah nowadays I think it's mostly used for expensive perfume or candles that cost 200 dollars.
>>21972393I love 5%, but I haven't gotten higher, so dunno
>>21974305Spoken like a true Serb, Vanja Vaskovic.
>>21974314Yeah, well, the little bastards downed a tree onto my car, so I'm gonna go extract some beaver ass gland until I feel vengeance has been served cold, soft, and vanilla flavoured.
>>21972393I like all percentages, but the best one I had was 80%.
>>21974348Careful, I saw an episode of dirty jobs where the beaver seemed to be enjoying his experience.
>>21974675I'm down for a creamy win/win.
>>21974685What's really funny is male beavers have a literal micropenis.
>>21974692Seems like the beavers and I have something in common(we need you to stop, we can only get so hard)
>>2197239399%
>>21973826tastes like car tire

Guys please tell me your favorite brand of dark chocolate you can buy in American storesSo far, in my journey, I like chocolove and hu, and don't like at all Tony's
>>21972393i gotta go with 85%75 is my minimum and anything over 92 is a meme
>>2197497785% is what i like to eat by itself too but up to 100% is good if you pair it with other things like fruit, nuts, honey, milk.
>>21974987i do use 100% when i cook things
>>21974200Yeah maybe like 5 years ago, soy isn't the cool own it was before either
>>21972393I can only eat white chocolate. Everything else is just too bitter and hurts my mouth
>>21974977blessed hiro-poster
>>21974755That's man food.also this >>21974761
i have a strange opinion where i like all dark chocolate f4om 70-100% and i like all milk chocolatebut those not-so-dark-but-still-dark chocolates (50-65%) dont hit the spot for me, i find them too sweet for dark chocolate, but to bitter for milk chocolate>>21972932though i never tried this one, ill see if i can find it
>>21974066Based
>>21972393You have to go all the way.Unironically, this stuff is cheaper than the darkest mainstream or niche dark chocolate because it isn't branded as some sort of premium treat by major brands, and is just sold in the baking islem
55%-60% is my favourite chocolate level, though I know it's not exactly "dark chocolate" (I usually see it called "dark milk chocolate").I like up to around 75% or 80%.
