Today we're going to Russia, to a city called Murmansk. Let's see what kind of food they have!

Pic related, from a restaurant called Tyндpa, Grill & Bar

As always, locals are welcome to comment and explain to us what we're seeing. No politics pls.
>>
>>
They sure seem to have some great seafood in this place!
>>
>>
They seem to put egg yolks into what looks like soy sauce?
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
New restaurant called Terrasa
>>
Murmansk retaurants seem kinda fancy actually, not what I expected.
>>
>>
>>21972689
Anything to raise morale I guess
>>
>>21972689
what are the prices?
>>
>Murmansk
That's where my luggage always ends up. The only exception to this otherwise infallible rule is when I flew to Murmansk.

Not really sure how much this would be in €.
>>
>>
They also have those crazy Russian sushi! Would love to try those, I can't tell what they put on the rolls.
>>
New restaurant: Amigos Bar & Grill
>>
>>
>>
>>
One plate, four shot glasses and a glass of beer, you Russians are alright.
>>
>>
>>
We're now going to a restaurant called Yerevan!
>>
Shashlik, buckwheat, plastic chairs, this is the kind of Russian restaurant we're looking for!
>>
>>
>>
>>
They didn't have too many photos of the food, so we'll go somewhere else next.
>>

>Today we're going to Russia
why in the fuck would you enter a morgue?
>>
>>21972670
Oh good lord, that looks so good
>>
>>21972711
100r is 1€11, so pretty cheap
>>
>>21972720
>>
>>21972711
Alright first of all, fuck that whole country of alcoholic cuck retards.
Second, those are not prices, that is a cyrilic "g", which stands for grams.

>those are not prices, that is a cyrilic "g", which stands for grams.
Thanks for the info!

We're going to a new restaurant called Kruzhka.
>>
I have no idea what the filling is
>>
>>
>>
>>
Never been to russia, but this seems very Russian to me.
>>
Random shawarma spot.
>>
>>21972853
Their menu looks nice, I'd go there.
>>
Another place called "Pilgrim Brewery"
>>
These are the beers they have.
>>
>>
>>
>>
The food looks absolutely great, I can see how this goes really well with beer.
>>
Their menu.
>>
>>
>>21972873
Whew buddy, that looks like mackerel
Smoked maybe?
>>
I should call her..
>>
>>21972883
I have no idea what kind of fish it is.
>>
>>21972939
I'm thinking maybe
>>
>>21972677
i think that is some borscht
>>
>>21972737
this photo stirs feelings within me
>>
>>21972856
does it really matter in which order they stack the same 6 ingredients? what is going on with this menu
>>
>>21972731
>>21972733
Wow, they just look like normal people. What gives??
>>
>>21972731
i've never seen such a normal person
>>
>>21972957
You can see on the bottom of the menu that it's actually 18 different ingredients. This is already more than your average "authentic" Middle Eastern shawarma, you're looking at a Russian interpretation here I guess.
>>
>>21972957
> Does ingredient order matter
Yes. If they're in the wrong order, it may not be a structurally sound dish
Certain textures shouldn't be right next to each other
Etc etc
>>
I'll continue posting tomorrow if the thread is still alive, will go to bed now.

Good night, see y'all tomorrow.
>>
>>21972949
what kind of feelings?
>>
>>21973168
Very interesting to see the different foods, thanks!
>>
>>21973168

Thanks anon
>>
Ok, we're back to checking out restaurants in Murmansk, this one is called Tzarskaya Okhota
>>
>>
>>
>>
This looks really nice! Again, do they put egg yolks into soy sauce?
>>
>>
>>
>>
Russian lady looking at the drinks
>>
>>21974249
asians cure egg yolks in soy sauce, yeah. probably not just soy sauce, but seasoned in some way like with sugar and aromatics. russia has plenty of asians living in it, so maybe they do it too.
>>
>>21974241
>>21974255
this looks like my kind of place
