Tried to make Greek Tsoureki yesterday for the first time, almost had a break down cause I couldn't figure out how to braid it. I think I over proofed it a bit because it was puffier before I put it in the oven. Still the taste/texture was great.

I've had Koulich and Pannetone and I don't like either. They're not tasty enough to just eat on their own, and they don't go well with butter or anything else you'd put on bread. I also hate pieces of fruit in my bread But! Tomorrow I'm going to a greek place so I'll try some (restaurant-made) Tsoureki. I'll see if it's any better
