>>21973457Bought one last year and it is amazing for quickly boiling water and doing high temperature cooking fasterBut at lower temperatures the heat is way too uneven, it basically cycles between really hot for a second, no heat for 3-4 seconds, then repeat. I usually use another stove for low temperature needs.Are there better, more expensive units that can maintain a lower heat instead of erratic cycling of it?
