i heard that vegetables are ruined when they are cooked to beyond having bite, but i just prefer them steamed soft. cauliflower, broccoli, whatnot.also what do you like to serve vegetables with, i like white vine vinegar, distilled vinegar or balsamic vinaigrette

>>21973831I like them steamed soft too. A lot of them will get pretty sweet. Barely cooked vegetables don't get that sweetness and they lose flavor compared to completely raw so I don't see the point in cooking them like that. I usually just do salt and vinegar but sometimes I'll do salsa and a little oil, or sauteed garlic with salt and vinegar.
You should also try to cook your vegetables the day you buy them
