Does anyone on this board have seed oil allergies or celiac disease? What do you eat every day? I'm surprised there's a lot of threads about processed garbage on this board. What about natural or organic real foods instead of factory-produced bullshit?picrel is the cancer that's killing America.

>>21975879Obviously, processed garbage is still popular. People will always want convenience, that’s why society has been innovating for centuries at this point.Personally, i wish we would all value quality more than convenience/price as well. No one is willing to foot the bill to ensure convenient foods are also high quality instead of filled with industrial garbage though. To answer your health related questions, i was gluten intolerant for a long time, just had joint pain, rashes, headaches, and it accelerated to swelling/itching around my throat. It was all related to a thyroid autoimmune disorder. Now i take a pill everyday and maintain a relatively low iodine diet. I pretty much avoid seaweed, seaweed derivatives, and iodized salt. There’s a lot more going on in the world than just the industrial food system that causes cancer. And, there’s a lot more going on with the industrial food system than just cancer. People don’t respond well to being bossed around or shamed. It’d be better to start a thread about good food than to essentially bitch at people who eat garbage. Good luck with your weird concern troll
>>21975879I generally try to avoid thickeners but carrageenan especially seems to give me problems. I hate that they even put that stuff in most toothpastes
>>21975879Allergies are almost always to proteins so it's pretty much impossible to be allergic to seed oil.
>>21975879>Does anyone on this board have seed oil allergies or celiac disease? As a waiter you guys piss me off.
>>21975879You can't be allergic to a seed oil. An oil is an isolated fat and there are no compounds which can trigger an allergic reaction. Allergies are triggered by a reaction to certain proteins.
>>21975879>enriched flourUnbeneficial gut bacteria enjoy the additional infusion of bare ass Iron [turning into a free radical, if your gut lining's sanded down from habitual glutenous foods]. And the form of Folate used requires significantly enough more energy to use that a third of the population's metabolic disadvantage with the natural stuff makes it desirable to avoid (avoiding Tylenol during pregancy is related). And the trash oils are the bad-bad LDL cholesterol drivers. Good nutrition really oughtn't be an IQ test vetting this legion of trash food simulacra, but those monetizing it don't care about actual herd management.
>>21975879>Does anyone on this board have seed oil allergies or celiac disease?I don't, but I stopped cooking with vegetable oil a long time ago. Almost any recipe that asks for it can have it substituted with melted butter at the same quantity and you end up with a better end result anyway. Especially baked goods. For popcorn I use coconut oil. For anything pasta I use olive oil.
>>21975879I eat rice with meat and veggies, and corn tortillas with meat and veggies. Cheese also.
>>21975879I have celiac and im allergic to milk. I eat a lot of stir fry, usually with rice noodles. I make swedish meatballs served over homemade egg noodles a lot also. I use rice flour instead of regular flour. I dont eat many sandwiches as the gluten free bread is terrible and expensive.
>>21976705Based healthy and basic diet
>>21976751I started using soft corn tortillas instead of gluten free bread. It works just as well for most things while being cheaper and tastier.
