Post foods that you find delicious, but other people would typically turn their nose up at
>>
>>21976415
Idk if it's typical people turn their nose up at tongue but it's not exactly commonplace so maybe.
>>
>>21976495
It's not super common because there's only one tongue per cow.
>>
>>21976415
What is that?
To answer your question, sea urchin, squid in ink, smoked fish.. idk desu, I'm kind of in an area where people turn their nose up at a lot of otherwise normal things.

>>21976495
People in my area do, there's just one place that sells it and it's so goood.
>>
>>21976555
Cows have only 1 of many things but that doesn't mean we find those parts delicious.

I like overboiled pasta for my mac n cheese, anchovies are nice on a pizza, a pungent bleu cheese is nice, malta india sodas, SPAM anything, and I kinda like the old fashioned style of dirty rice that has hearts and livers in with the sausage crumbles.

Probably comes from me never having giblets in turkey stuffing as a kid because mom refused to eat it for some reason.
>>
>>21976556
>What is that?
tripe (beef stomach) if I remember correctly
>>
>>21976566
>Cows have only 1 of many things but that doesn't mean we find those parts delicious.
Good thing literally zero people made that argument.
>>
>>21976597
>It's not super common because there's only one tongue per cow.
It was the implication.
>>
>>21976611
Just so we're clear, you think common means delicious?
>>
>>21976614
No, you're intentionally misunderstanding me and obfuscating your own statement.

No, I'm not because that's not me.
>>
>>21976618
The post was clearly about scarcity, not taste.
>>
i could go on a rant about it, but fast food in general. you'll never hear anyone claim to like it unless it's prefaced with some apologia and it irritates me.
>>
>>21976624
Idk if you mean my post, the first one with the pic of the tongue but I meant:
a) I find beef tongue delicious, I didn't say that explicitly because it's the premise of the thread
b) Not many places I know carry it and maybe that's because many people don't like it -- or maybe it's a specialty item because of its scarcity, idk
>>
>>21976632
That's a fairly small amount of onion, celery and pepper for an average-sized tongue, I'd say?
>>
>>21976632
Yeah, we're in agreement.
>>
>>21976628
Ask people what their favorite fries are. I think the largest single choice will be "mcdonalds fries when hot".

They're all wrong because Arbys has superior fries all day.
>>
>>21976665
>>They're all wrong because Arbys has superior fries all day.
yeah but then you're stuck eating a rat meat and jelly sandwich with it
>>
>>21976724
Arbys has good roast beef and cheddar. Stop being a contrarian just like every other asshole that proudly states they never eat it because its not food and its bad and expensive and who the fuck else cares. Same principle as Little Caesar's hot n ready.
>>
>>21976734
the "roast beef" from arby's is vile. shiny putrid rolls of amorphous meat product barely legible as having come from any animal. and then for some reason the sandwich has cheese AND jelly on it, fucking disgust. the fries are inedible too, basically just bad cafeteria curly fries. no crisp at all. I've had it once in my life and that was more than enough. have never had little caesar's, I live in the northeast I can get real pizza for the same price I don't need chain slop
>>
>>21976736
I can tell you don't live in the US and are just repeating nonsense you saw on a blog. The amorphous obelisk of meat is normal for lunchmeat. They're not actually roasting beef, just heating up lunchmeat. There is no jelly and whats wrong with cheese?

Do you have green hair and large holes in your ears?
>>
>>21976620
they couldve had a taco pizza and a hamburger pizza at the same time but they chose pinkmeat instead.
>>
>>21976742
You can't tell a thing you stupid nigger. I literally live in New Jersey. If I go to a local deli and get london broil or angus cold cut roast beef it...looks like a slice of beef because that's what it is. Arby's doesn't look like a slice from any cut of meat because it's not, it's a slice off of a blob of cow assholes glued together. The sandwich I got from there had jelly on the top bun. Every single component of the sandwich was disgusting. Not a single redeemable thing in the meal.

It's good, but if I'm getting a Mexican taco just give me the carne asada.

For me it's gar. When fried it's similar to alligator bites. When grilled it's like a pork chop.

I really love sheep eyes. Had them during the handful of times I've been to Central Asia. It truly is a crime that they aren't sold anywhere at all here in Europe. At least I can get lamb brains, I suppose it could be worse. They aren't as good as sheep brains though.

I also like these milk-filled lungs. They're juicy, sweet and have a pleasant texture. They're pretty good considering how insane the concept of a "milk-filled lung" is.

>I literally live in New Jersey.
You live in a SHIT HOLE that isn't known for good food. You're not even aware jersey isn't the northeast.
>>
>>21976764
I've never seen that before.
>>
>>21976778
Not very surprising. I've only found them in a couple of spots in Kyrgyztan, I haven't seen them anywhere in Kazakhstan. The thumbnail I posted is apparently from a vendor in Uzbekistan but I've never been.
>>
>>21976772
>You're not even aware jersey isn't the northeast.
A truly baffling post. You must be from a different country or something. New Jersey is a state in the Northeast between New York and Philly. We're generally known for having the best pizza in the US (and therefore the world), great produce like corn and tomatoes due to the fact that the state is essentially a swamp with fertile soil, some of the best bagels in the world, and the home of the best breakfast meat, pork roll. While our cities are indeed completely overrun with niggers, we have one of the most robust rail systems in the country so our suburbs rank among some of the richest and nicest zip codes in the whole US.

just sheep eyes alone? i havent seen that sold before, but they have smalahove in Norway which is the whole sheep head like the picture you posted
>>
>>21976786
Oh no they don't serve the sheep's eye alone. That's just my favorite part of the sheep head. I'll have to try smalahove out sometime, then. I assume it's pretty much the same thing.
>>
>>21976734
I've eaten Arbys only twice in my life, and both times it made me vomit.
>>
>>21976786
>but they have smalahove in Norway which is the whole sheep head like the picture you posted
It's falling on deaf ears mate.
Unless it's commercially sold through corporation chain stores, Americans deny it exists.
>>
Anything oldschool really. Or so called "farmer food". It seems that nobody of my generation eats organ meat anymore. Or blood sausage or basically anything that isn't pure clean flesh.
Millenials are faggots.

How many times have you been to American and where did you go?
>>

I've been to Illinois x2 - I have family there
Florida x1 - Holiday
Texas, Forth worth x2 - Work
Maryland x 2 - Work

>inb4 B-b-but you haven't been to . . . . .

It sounds like your family is just low/working class

>It sounds like your family is just low/working class
Americans don't understand the class system and how it applies but I will give you a pass, it's not your fault.

I've seen people give cottage cheese shit but I love the stuff.
>>
>>21976958
It’s not super bizarre or uncommon but most people who buy plain Greek yogurt I find end up mixing it with some shit whether it be smoothies, granola, fruit, honey, etc. I just eat that shit plain out of the tub and it’s delicious

embarassing level of obsession. the person talking about sheep heads said they were from europe you dumb esl.
