I clarified butter. Now what am I supposed to do with this bowl of foam?
>>21976708Add it to unclarified butter to make doubly unclarified butter.
>>21976708Add it to your chocy milk or dehydrate it and snort it.
>>21976708Butta popcorn
eat it with a spoon
>>21976773Does it just add a butter flavour? Doesn't it burn or how are you supposed to do it?>>21976726Sounds good
I think the white stuff is basically pure protein so you could just put it in anything and have a nice buttery protein infusion
>>21976708you could put some weed on it dude
>>21977197It's some protein and also lactose so it's a little sweet. If it was made with unsalted butter then you can just put it on bread or something. If it was made with salted butter then it has all the salt left in it, I'd use that for soups and stews so the salt gets diluted.
>>21977212salted butter doesn't have that much salt in it. 1 pack of instant ramen has as much salt as 2 sticks of salted butter.
>>21976708Cram
>>21977220Ramen also has more water. It's not so much the total amount of salt but how concentrated it is.
>>21976708>rub it all over yourself and go down a slide>eat it>funnel it up your ass>butter scented hair gel>put it in a container and leave it somewhere>dump it on the sidewalk>flush it
>>21977227people eat ramen dry with the seasoning sprinkled on top. your body has plenty of water in it and it very quickly dilutes the salt. people eat whole bags of potato chips and shit. fried rice with 4000 mg of sodium. putting 1 gram of sodium into a meal will not affect a regular human at all. the average person in China eats like 10 grams of sodium a day. and I'm not saying thats healthy but we have pretty good examples of how much salt you can eat.
>>21977234It's not about health, just about taste. I tried putting the leftover stuff from making clarified butter with salted butter onto bread and it was just way too salty. It's basically just a salt paste. You'd have to eat like 100 potato chips to get the same amount of salt that a tablespoon of the leftover solids from making clarified butter would have. I can eat a pickle that has a gram of sodium but if I threw a 1/2 tsp of salt into my mouth it wouldn't taste good even though it has the same amount of sodium.
>>21976708Add to the butter fat, mix and make butter again.
Toast some bread and spread it all over. It tastes better a bit browned, though.
>>21976708How did you make this? Is it easy?
>>21977339Take lots of butterMelt in potKeep skimming the foam (that's the stuff there)Simmer around 100C until all the water is gone Takes a bit of time but it's easy
>>21976708you can make barfi with it, kind of like indian fudge
>>21977456unfortunate name
>>21977467Not everything good in life is properly named for your benefit westoid
>>21977229I pissed in a McDonald's cup and threw it out my car window this week
>>21977473u mad
>>21976708add it back to the butter to confuse it again
>>21976708Would probably be good in mashed potatoes.

>>21978217yesterday i tried to buy some marmite because i've never had it before, but i imagine it goes well with a mild cheese (like e.g. fig jam)so i went to the most n-word-like shop in town(the n-word here doesnt translate well at all, but the only connection to the atlantic slave trade lies in me calling it an n-word)there was no marmite anywhere visible"sorry, my arabic is very bad"now i have zero marmite, too much mild cheese, and very many questions about whether or not the arabic language allows for puns and other types of wordplaywhere the fuck am i gonna buy marmite, if not at the n-word grocery store?this post was sponsored by the etc
>>21977223>took ten postsseekay is falling off a bit, just a lil' bit.
>>21978245At the fancy overpriced "exotic snacks" store is where I get mine. Vegemite mogs Marmite by the way. Goes well with sandwich caviar. So it's bitter umami salt paste plus salty roe paste
>>21978268if/wheni will do as per your prescriptionthank you / i will never forgive you for suggesting this
Just eat it, it's great. What you SHOULD have done is leave it in until it browns and sinks to the bottom, then strain the butter with a coffee filter. When it's done you'll have a nice buttery, nutty spread. It goes from brown to burnt real fast so you have to watch out.
