Makes three and some leftover dough to drizzle on.>1 medium egg>50ml milk>30g protein powder>1.5g konjak powder>1.5g baking powder>5ml liquid sweetenerBlend, let sit for a few minutes. Some protein powder thickens on its own quite well so it shouldn't need the konjak, or much less. The konjak also dulls out the sweetness, so that's why there's so much sweetener.
