>>21978588It’s probably not necessary for basics but it’s my go to for red meat. It also works great for pan pizza. They are also incredibly cheap.

>>21978599Idk if it’ll work for deep dish but most major grocery stores near me have pizza dough made in house that’s pretty cheap. That’s typically what I use for pan pizza in the cast iron. I’ve gotten pretty decent at it too. Sometimes I’ll make the dough from scratch and my own sauce with San Marzano tomato’s if I’m feeling fancy. Serious eats has a great recipe. I should try making my own deep dish though.
